Designed by award-winning architects Rothelowman, Mosaica brought a striking façade with robust forms and clean lines to a prominent Maribyrnong location.

Each residence’s spacious and light-filled interiors were designed to maximise the site’s stunning city, mountain and river views. Mosaica was positioned for easy access to various sports facilities, including riverside running tracks.
